    Mumbles marks the beginning of the Gower coastline. It’s a well-loved area of Swansea, and when you go there, it’s clear to see why! If you feel the urge for a bit of retail therapy, Mumbles will suit perfectly.   • What are the running costs of owning a static Caravan at Fairfield Caravan Park?

    Site Rent: £2450 + VAT per annum
    Rates: £110
    Water/Sewerage: £120
    Gas: Propane 19kg bottles at £40 each
    Electricity: Each Caravan has it’s own meter box, and is charged in accordance with the rates supplied by SWALEC (utilites supplier for South Wales)
    Insurance: Your Caravan must be insured for 12 months and have £2,000,000 public liability
    Electric, Rates, and Water/Sewerage are all on the same bill which is calculated in September.

  • How close are you to the beach?

    Fairfield Caravan park sits on the cliffs near Three Cliffs bay – Caswell Bay, Langland bay and Mumbles are a 5-7 minute drive away.
    We are also on the gateway to Gower – so Oxwich, Three Cliffs and Pobbles Bay etc are all within reach.

  • How long is your Season?

    Fairfield is open from mid March – to mid October. ( we can close earlier is weather worsens)

  • How long can my Caravan stay on site?

    We don’t enforce an age limit on caravans on our site, although we do advise to change after 10-15 years.

  • Do you allow pets?

    Yes – Fairfield is a dog friendly park. We are situated on the Pennard Cliffs ideal for dogs walks.
