  • What are the running costs of owning a static Caravan at Blackhills Caravan Park?

      Electric, Rates, and Water/Sewerage are all on the same bill which is calculated in September.

      Our preferred insurers are CBI of Colwyn Bay. They insure most of the caravans on our park and cost approximately £12 per £1000. For cover contact CBI Colwyn Bay on 01492 534 524 or visit www.cbi-insurance.com.

  • How close are you to the beach?

    Caswell Bay, Langland bay and Mumbles are a 5-7 minute drive away.
    We are also on the gateway to Gower – so Oxwich, Three Cliffs and Pobbles Bay etc are all within reach.

  • How long is your Season?

    Blackhills is open from 1st March – 15th November annually. ( we can close earlier is weather worsens)

  • How long can my Caravan stay on site?

    We don’t enforce an age limit on caravans on our site, although we do advise to change after 10-15 years.

  • Do you allow pets?

    Yes – Blackhills is a dog friendly park. We are situated in over 30 acres and have dedicated dogs walks.
